It is with a heavy heart that I have had to close my clinic to all face to face physiotherapy appointments for at least the next 3 weeks. This is in line with the guidance from the Government, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Physio First and NHS England. The safety and wellbeing of

my patients has to be my priority.

However, if you are struggling during this time and need any advice or exercises, please do still call me and I will be happy to talk things through with you and email exercise programmes where appropriate. It will be nice to have a chat to someone other than my husband!

Also, I am looking into virtual consultations- who knows, I may learn about some new technology!

Please keep checking my website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages for updates.

Thank you for your continuing support and I WILL see you on the other side! Stay safe, follow guidance and STAY HOME.

THE GOOD NEWS!! Now offering VIDEO CONSULTATIONS  for a reduced rate of £20 for 30 minutes. These sessions will be via secure Telehealth video-link through my clinic software, and will enable you to go through everything with your physiotherapist as you normally would in a face to face session. Your physiotherapist will be able to ask you to do certain movements and test your response, look at any joints that may be red or swollen and be able to give advice and send exercises to you. You can also PAY ONLINE (which I would request that you do so please) when you book the session. Please note, if you are with insurance, then please select the 'Pay at time of appointment' option and I will deal directly with the insurance company. If you are an NHS WORKER, I am still giving FREE sessions as per my previous offer, so again, select the 'Pay at time of appointment offer' and this will be free of charge (please have to hand your NHS ID at the time of the appointment).

To book an appointment-

1. Go to the Appointments tab at the top of this page

2. Scroll down to 'book an appointment now'

3. Select the TeleHealth option

4. Fill out your details as you normally would

5. Pop in your payment information

6. You will receive a confirmation email with the link for the video consultation. When your appointment time comes up, click this link and your physiotherapist will do the same and we will begin!

Thank you so much for your ongoing support during these really hard times, but I hope to still be able to help my patients as much as I can, whilst still abiding by all the necessary social distancing and lockdown rules.

Thank you, and stay safe
